The Information Kit has everything competitors need for race day, including timings, Race HQ at Mollymook Beach, parking details, equipment requirements, course logistics and important safety information.

There's still time to get a team together and join us for six hours of kayaking, trail running, mountain biking and navigation around the Shoalhaven.

Volunteers needed!
We're also looking for a few extra volunteers to help make the event happen.
If you're not racing but would love to be part of the day, we'd really appreciate a hand. It's a great opportunity to experience adventure racing from the other side and support the local adventure racing community.
