Mandatory Gear

Explore Series events use a simplified mandatory gear list appropriate for short-format racing.

The final mandatory gear requirements for all Explore Series events are contained in the following document:

All teams must comply with the mandatory gear requirements outlined in this document for the duration of the race.

Any additional race-specific mandatory items will be clearly identified in the Race Information Kit (available one week prior to the event) and are in addition to, not in place of, the items listed above.

Logistics

Explore Series logistics are intentionally simple.

Teams are required to:

  • Review the mandatory gear list linked above

  • Review the Race Information Kit (available one week prior to the event)

  • Arrive at Race HQ with all required equipment

Some Explore Series events may include a Bike Drop. If required, details will be confirmed in the Race Information Kit (available one week prior to the event).
